PPS numbers and CRO filing
From 23 April 2023, when filing Forms A1, B1, B10 and B69, company directors will be required to provide their PPS numbers. The CRO have prepared an FAQ information point which can be accessed
here.
The CEA have advised that the purpose of this step is to reduce the incidence of companies being incorporated based on false director details. Failure to comply, without just cause, will be a criminal offence. The CEA have produced an
