Course Fees

Course fees include all course materials and assessment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Regrettably because we have already committed funds to the running of the event, it is not possible to refund fees for cancellations within 7 days of event starting.

No Shows

Where a delegate has booked and paid for an event in full and cannot attend on the day, this is regarded as a no show and structured CPE cannot be awarded and no refund will be processed.

On the day

Pre-booking is essential to secure a place, otherwise places cannot be guaranteed on the day.
The Institute reserves the right to admit additional delegates to the course in the event that suitable space is available. Delegates are advised to ensure that they have registered with the event administrator on the day, for CPE accreditation purposes.

If we cancel

In the event of the cancellation, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid. We reserve the right to cancel an event our discretion.

Special Needs

Delegates with special requirements should advise the Institute in advance, and we will be happy to assist.
