CPA Ireland launch series of new Data Analytics courses in Cork


Big Data, Data Analytics and Automation are changing the business landscape and, with it, the role of the accountancy profession. With the increasing importance of areas such as data science and analytics within an accountant’s role, CPA Ireland and CPA Ireland Skillnet have developed a few events which will run in Cork this year:
  • New Diploma in Data Analytics (Live Streaming)
  • Half Day Big Data and AI Course
  • New CPA Masters with CIT that includes a Data Analytics and Strategy Module
New Diploma in Data Analytics (Live Streaming)
This diploma is commencing in November 2019.  This course will provide a high-level understanding of the main concepts associated with data analytics and how decision makers use analytics to formulate and support them in solving business problems and communicating that analysis to a management team.
Method: 5 full days & final assessment
Location: Dublin & online via live streaming
Date: Late November 2019 - March 2020
CPD Credit: 40 hours (8 hours per day)

Half Day Big Data and AI Course

This half-day seminar provides attendees with a better grasp on Big Data and AI and understand the opportunities it presents.

CPA Ireland CIT MSc in Applied Accounting and CPA Qualification:
This unique programme will give your trainees the opportunity to gain the CPA Qualification and an MSc over a two-year period. Along with the required subjects to qualify as a CPA your trainees will gain extensive knowledge in the area of Data Analytics & Strategy which will help them uncover valuable insights within their financials, identify process improvements and better manage risk.
