Property Services Regulatory Authority

Licence Renewal Applications
The offices of the Property Services Regulatory Authority previously issued the following guidance to stakeholders in light of the outbreak of COVID-19.
At present the Authority advise all Licensees to continue to submit their licence renewal in the normal manner. Once the application has been submitted to the Authority, the licensee can continue to trade.

We are aware that many Licensed businesses are experiencing difficulties in getting Accountant’s Reports completed as a direct result of COVID-19.  In such instances, Licensees should upload a document stating ‘Accountant’s Report to Follow’ where requested to upload this report as part of their application.  The Authority will work with the business to complete the renewal process once the application is submitted.

CPA Ireland is monitoring this situation closely and we will update our Covid-19 Resource to reflect any changes to the guidance issued by the Property Services Regulatory Authority.
