New markets in Crypto Asset regulation or MiCA will be the first step in regulating crypto according to Gerry Cross, Director of Financial Regulation, Policy & Risk within the Central Bank of Ireland.The Central Bank of Ireland have been working closely with the Department of Finance, in the EU legislative process to finalize this important regulation.
