Minister for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Dara Calleary TD, announced 15
th December 2023 that the interim period of the Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Covid-19) Act 2020 related to the holding of virtual meetings, including AGMs, has been further extended to 31 December 2024 following Government approval.
