The purpose of this report is to assess how successful Commission Recommendation (EU) 554/2022 has been in supporting Member States to facilitate the recognition of professional qualifications of individuals who have fled the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and to determine the degree to which it has resulted in practical improvements.
