Conferring Ceremony 2022

Congratulations to all newly conferred CPA’s and all prizewinning students.

Congratulations to all new members who were conferred in December 2022. The CPA Ireland Annual conferring took place Saturday 3 December and welcomed Ireland’s newest accountants.

Chloe O’Sullivan was awarded the Liam Donnelly medal at the Conferring Ceremony which celebrates the conferee who achieved the highest combined results in the CPA Ireland Strategic Level examinations. Chloe graduated from Munster Technological University with a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Accounting in 2019 and completed her training in Quintas in Cork.
Chloe offers some advice to other students:

"To be honest it was a bit of a shock receiving this award, I knew I had done well but I didn’t think I had done that well. A real sense of accomplishment! I completed my studies online with Griffith College I found having the classes recorded and available to re watch and attend when suited me very beneficial to balance everything. My lecturers were always available for questions and I did engage with them especially on exam techniques. I listened to every podcast I could find on the relevant module I was studying I found these great to listen to for my evening walks. I have benefited from being in an excellent training environment in Quintas. The experience and mentoring I have gained there really helped me in my examination progress".
