Quality Assurance reviews in the year 2022 were conducted remotely. From the 1st of January 2023, a hybrid model was adopted for the conducting of QA reviews. Opening and close meetings with Compliance Principals will take place remotely using video conferencing software.
Fieldwork may take place at the firms premises. All firms selected for an on-site review will be informed in their initial notice received. Some reviews will continue to be conducted remotely. In those instances you will be required to make arrangements for the transfer of information and the files selected for review, in advance of the review date.
