In the current situation the normal day to day life of practice, can be busy and stressful. Therefore, in these unprecedented challenging times, it really is important to look after your well-being and health.

Communicating and engaging with colleagues, your fellow network and friends is vital, along with maintaining diet and some exercise. Do something to switch off and unwind after the day, and aim for good quality sleep at night. This will all help to reduce stress levels.
