To support a smooth transition and ensure you have access to any records you may need, please complete the following before 12 June:

1. Update your contact details

Log in to your MyCPA account and ensure your contact information is up to date, including:

  • Email address and phone number
  • Postal address
  • Employer details

2. Download any required historic records

If you require copies of historic CPA invoices, receipts or documents, please download them before the migration date.

Historic invoices, certificates and documents will not be accessible through your new account after migration.

If required, we recommend retaining copies of:

  • CPD records (screenshots can be taken if needed)
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Previous annual returns (for older records)
  • RI CPD records
  • Fit and Proper declarations

2026 Practising certificates will be available in the new system.

Historic information will remain available internally should you need it, but it will not be accessible through your new account. Going forward, all new invoices, certificates and documents will be issued through the new system.
