Dr. Louise Gorman

Assistant Professor in Finance, Associate Director of Undergraduate Teaching and Learning, Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. Louise completed her PhD entitled, ‘An exploration of the influence of the news media on the corporate governance practices of Irish and UK listed plcs’. Her areas of interest for researh include Corporate governance, Corporate governance in UK and Irish listed plcs, the influence of news media on corporate governance.

Dr. Sean O’Reilly

Sean is Assistant Professor in Accountancy at University College Dublin and currently acting as the Interim Academic Director of the Masters of Accounting (MAcc) programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Before his role at UCD Sean was the Assistant Head of the School of Accounting & Finance at Technological University Dublin. He has extensive experience lecturing at executive level and completed his PhD entitled, 'Essays in Entrepreneurial & Green Finance'. He has experience as a company Founder, Director, Non-Executive Director and Consultant, including international projects.
