The AIB Mentoring Access Initiative aims to reach diverse women in SMEs across Ireland, recognize their talent and potential, and help them to develop as leaders and grow their businesses.There are 20 places available, and applications are sought from women SME leaders, in particular women from a diverse background, who may not have had an opportunity like this up to now due to factors such as socio-economic background gender, disability, or ethnicity.Women leaders interested in applying can do so by completing the application form and returning it to
smeinfo@aib.ie.
Successful applicants will partake in the year-long mentoring programme where they will have a mentoring partner, provided by AIB, access to the resources of the IMI, and the opportunity to build a network with other mentors and mentees.
