This is to give notice that a meeting of members has been convened to take place on 17 May 2024 at 2.45pm at 17 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.
This is a court ordered meeting to approve the Scheme of Arrangement by which the proposed amalgamation with Chartered Accountants Ireland is being effected – full details are set out in the scheme circular attached to this notice.
