The Directors & Officers of a company have significant responsibilities in relation to their role within the company such as the way they conduct themselves and decisions they make. This may result in claims against them for actual or alleged breach of duty, neglect, misstatements, errors and omission.

Directors & Officers Insurance provides cover against such claims (including the costs of defending the claim) and legal liability for claims & prosecutions made against them personally while acting in their role within the business.
