The Health & Safety Authority’s has developed an easy to use, online tool where small business owners can prepare their own safety statement for FREE, called BeSMART.ie. 

BeSMART.ie was developed as part of the Health & Safety Authority initiative called ‘Taking Care of Business’ whose aim is to help and support small businesses by helping them understand and comply with workplace health and safety requirements. There are currently 300 business types included across the retail, services, manufacturing, construction and agribusiness sectors and to date has been used by over 50,000 businesses.
