Conor Carmody is a business leader and marketer with over 20 years’ experience in the start-up and development of companies in the retail and telecoms area. Conor was responsible for the development of the commercial strategy for the launch of Meteor Mobile Communications in 2001.

Following the successful sale of that business, he developed and launched the eMobile brand for Eircom in 2010. Since 2013 Conor has been working with companies such as Oracle, Musgraves, Dublin BIC and Enterprise Ireland. He holds an MBA from the UCD Smurfit School of Business and was made a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland in 2009 in recognition of his contribution to the marketing industry.

Na is passionate about helping organisations to achieve their employee's full potential in all aspects. Her primary research interest is focused on strategic human resource management issues relevant to organisational growth and development. She has led a number of research projects in both the private and public sectors. Within the private sector, she is interested in the strategic HRM of the professional service firms (PSFs).
