CPA members now have direct and FREE access to EAP Consultants experts in the event of a critical incident. This service provides CPAs with:
- Advice on issues including best practice procedures following an incident,
- Guidance on how to reduce the number of psychological casualties among their employees,
- Expertise and advice on how best to work towards restoring normal service operations as soon as possible.
