The CPA Ireland Annual President's Dinner took place at Trinity College Dublin on September 11th 2014. Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection, Joan Burton TD was special guest at the event where CPA Ireland President Cormac Fitzgerald called on the government to take steps to cut rising costs that are threatening competitiveness and the viability of businesses surviving on the thinnest of margins.

CPA Ireland's latest report, 'Weathering the Storm: SME Lessons from the Crisis' was launched at the event. The report, written by Barry McCall features interviews with entrepreneurs and industry experts, a CPA member survey and case studies of businesses who successfully navigated the recession.
