Annual Return 2009

You need to be logged into the CPA site to make your Annual Return.
(Passwords were emailed to all members in December 2005)

If you have misplaced your password please do the following:

1. Click on Password Reminder
   
   
2. Enter your Username (which is the same as your membership ID number e.g. 001234)
   
   
3. Click Submit.
   
   
4. Your password will then be emailed to you at the email address you have supplied us with.
