CPE Records
 

All members must keep records of their CPE activity to support their CPE Return Form. The CPE Return Form must be submitted to the Institute at the end of each year. Members may be asked to produce their records of CPE activity during the Practice Review process or as part of the Institute's annual audit of CPE compliance.

Members should retain details of all courses attended, and where a course or seminar is not organised by the Institute, they should retain certificates of attendance, course notes and full details of course outline, presenter, etc.
