Gerard Cleary

The speaker with the highest ratings at the 2014 Annual Conference, Gerard Cleary is the Director and a family member of the award winning Glenisk Organic Products that produce a range of Organic yogurts & Milks. Glenisk celebrated 25 years in business in 2012 & Gerard joined the business full time in 1995. Gerard attended U.C.D. where he completed his B. Comm & further studied for a MBS in Finance. Jim Power

Jim Power is owner manager of Jim Power Economics Limited and conducts economic and financial consultancy projects both in Ireland and overseas.  Areas of interest include Housing, Health, Tourism, the Retail Trade, Planning, Regional Economic Development and Agri-Food. He writes a weekly column in the Irish Examiner and contributes to numerous other newspapers and magazines on an occasional basis. Conor Sweeney

Conor went to college in Waterford Institute of Technology studying General & Corporate Administration and this was the first introduction to company law and the role of the company secretary. He qualified as a Chartered Secretary and has worked as a Company Secretarial Adviser for 13 years. Conor is recognised as one of the leading experts in company law and company secretarial in Ireland, in addition to lecturing in the Law Society and on behalf of all of the Accountancy Institutes, he has had several published articles and is currently the President of ICSA Chartered Secretaries Ireland.
