Certificate in the Companies Act 2014

Commencing 1st October 2016!

The Companies Act 2014 is the single largest legislative undertaking since the foundation of the State. It will affect every person involved in business in Ireland. Whether it be the transition to the new company formats or the inclusion of additional creditor protections, this Act will change many aspects of our current company law regime.

The Certificate in the Companies Act seeks to provide a comprehensive course in Company Law for Accountants, focusing not just on the new areas created by this Act but also giving a solid foundation for that information by covering the aspects of company law which accountants deal with regularly in their daily work.

"This course was excellent throughout. The depth of knowledge of the presenter and the ability to impart it was impressive. The slides and booklets facilitated the learning and will service as future reference material."

As advisers to businesses and clients all professional Accountants need to familiarise themselves with the new Companies Act 2014 in order to be able to provide up-to-date and relevant information to their clients or employers.
